- When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between RS Investments (NE) Ltd trading as Gripps Farm (“we”, “us”, “our”) and yourself (“you”). No contract exists between yourself and RS Investments (NE) Ltd for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.
- Prices
- The description and price of the tickets will be shown on the Gripps farm website (grippsfarm.co.uk) at the time you place your order. Prices are in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Prices displayed on the website may change at any time before you place your order. Once we have accepted your order, the price of your tickets is fixed and no surcharges will be added.
- We accept most major credit and debit cards as payments are processed through our payment gateway (Dojo Payments).
- Online security
- To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet. Please also read our privacy policy and Cookies Policy for further information on the protection of your data supplied to us while using or transacting via our website.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- Tickets are for admission on a specified date and are therefore exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We do not offer refunds where you change your mind or are unable to attend, except as set out in paragraphs (b) to (d) below, where we cancel, or where you have a legal right to a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Tickets are only transferrable to an alternative date or time if you contact Gripps Farm directly at support@grippsfarm.co.uk
- Tickets and order changes are subject to times and availability. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit, but we will make reasonable efforts to do so.
- Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Gripps farm and will be subject to an admin fee of £2 per person and will apply for all booking changes or credit note issuance.

- Event Terms & conditions
- “Gripps Farm” reserves the right, without prior notice, to change the programme of special events. The farm may close or restrict access to the site due to unforeseen circumstances such as Covid-19 restrictions, technical issues, inclement weather, or to ensure visitor safety. If we cancel your booked visit or event, or the site is closed for the whole of your booked date, you may choose either to transfer your booking to an alternative date or to receive a full refund of the ticket price, and no admin fee will apply. Where only part of the site or a particular attraction is unavailable, tickets remain valid and no refund will be due.

Carer tickets are available for general admission only and are not valid for ticketed special events.

- Our animals are living creatures and may behave unpredictably. Please follow all posted signage and the instructions of our team at all times when in the petting barn or any animal area.

Visitors engaging in such behaviours will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
- Refusal of Entry and Removal from Site
- We may refuse entry to, or require any visitor to leave, the site where that visitor breaches these terms, behaves in any way described in the section above, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or poses a risk to the safety of any person or animal. No refund will be given where entry is refused or a visitor is removed on any of these grounds.
- Where a ticket has been resold in breach of these terms, or is presented by a person other than the purchaser without our agreement, we may refuse entry and cancel the ticket without refund.
- Limitation of Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
